Refund policy

Our T-shirts are printed to order. Choosing one of our standard designs, colours and sizes does not by itself make a product personalised or remove your statutory cancellation rights.

Choosing your size

Please measure a T-shirt you already own and like, laid flat, and compare it with the product’s size chart before ordering. We do not offer voluntary size exchanges. If you choose the wrong size or change your mind, you may use the statutory cancellation and refund process below and place a separate order if you wish. Please avoid ordering several sizes solely to try them and return the others.

Cancelling a standard T-shirt order

You may cancel without giving a reason from the time you order until 14 days after the day you receive the goods. If items from one order are delivered separately, this period runs from receipt of the last item.

Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel by emailing hello@ledogdor.com or writing to PHILUZY LTD, Unit 11 Aylsham Business Park, Richard Oakes Road, Aylsham, Norfolk NR11 6FD, United Kingdom. Include your name and order details. You may use the optional cancellation form below, but you do not have to. Your notice must be sent before the cancellation period expires.

If production or dispatch has already started, this does not remove your statutory cancellation rights.

Returning an unwanted item

You pay the direct cost of returning a non-faulty item following cancellation. Please include your order details and keep proof of posting. Email us if you need return instructions; our prior approval is not a condition of exercising your statutory cancellation rights.

You may inspect and try on the garment as you would in a shop. Please keep it unwashed and avoid wearing it beyond a reasonable try-on. We may deduct only the loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, where the law permits. This is not an automatic refusal of your right to cancel.

Refunds

We refund the price paid for the cancelled goods and any refundable standard outward delivery charge. We do not refund the additional cost of a more expensive delivery service you chose. Standard delivery to England, Scotland and Wales is included in our current T-shirt price; we do not deduct a hidden outward delivery charge.

Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. We will refund within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. If no goods were supplied, we will refund within 14 days after you notify us of cancellation.

Faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrectly supplied goods

Email hello@ledogdor.com with your order details and a description of the problem. Photos, where possible, can help us resolve it. We will arrange the remedy required by your statutory rights, including a refund, repair or replacement as applicable, and bear reasonable necessary return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

You normally have a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods; other statutory remedies can continue after that period. Our supplier’s own claim deadlines do not shorten your rights against us. You do not need to resolve a claim directly with the supplier.

No term in this policy limits your statutory rights. We do not offer an additional voluntary change-of-mind return window beyond applicable legal rights.
