This Shopify store is operated by PHILUZY LTD, trading as LE DOG D’OR, registered in England and Wales under company number 17484992. Our registered office is Unit 11 Aylsham Business Park, Richard Oakes Road, Aylsham, Norfolk NR11 6FD, United Kingdom. Contact hello@ledogdor.com for orders, questions or complaints.
Products and prices
Our current T-shirts are printed to order using the design, colour and size you select. Please read the product description and garment measurements before ordering. Screen displays can affect how colours appear; this does not limit your right to goods that match their description.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The total payable, including any applicable taxes and delivery charge, is shown before you place your order. Standard delivery for our current T-shirts is included for England, Scotland and Wales. We are not currently offering Shopify delivery to Northern Ireland or destinations outside Great Britain.
Orders
Check your selection and delivery address before placing your order. We will acknowledge receipt of your order and provide information about its progress and dispatch. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and refund any payment for goods we cannot supply. We will not substitute another garment, colour or size without your agreement.
Contact us promptly if you notice an error. Production may prevent a requested alteration, but does not remove your statutory cancellation rights.
Delivery, cancellation and problems
Our Shipping policy explains production and delivery. Our Return and refund policy explains cancellation, returns and faulty-goods remedies, including our no-voluntary-size-exchange approach. Those policies form part of these terms. Unless a different delivery period is agreed, your statutory delivery rights apply, including the requirement to deliver without undue delay and within 30 days.
We remain responsible for goods until you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, takes physical possession, subject to applicable law. Contact hello@ledogdor.com if an order is delayed, missing or damaged.
Your rights and complaints
We are responsible for supplying goods that meet your statutory rights. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your consumer rights. Please send complaints to hello@ledogdor.com or our registered office so we can investigate.
English law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or the right to bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law. Changes to these terms apply to future orders; the terms in force when you order apply to that order.
